When you’ve “done everything right” — PT, rest, treatments — but still feel stuck, it’s often because the deeper patterns haven’t been addressed.

That’s where ThriveBridge comes in. This is a small-group coaching program created in partnership with BTPT, designed to bridge the gap between physical treatment and the emotional, nervous system, and identity-level support that often gets overlooked.

Together in a group of 4–5 people, you’ll meet weekly via Zoom for 75 minutes over 4 weeks. Each session blends reflection, gentle tools, and real-life application — so you can find clarity, trust your body again, and take steady steps forward.

How it works

Simple, Flexible, Supportive

Small group, big support: Each group is intentionally kept to 4–5 people so you can be seen and supported.

75 minutes, 4 weeks: Enough time to dig deep — without overwhelm

Flexible scheduling: You’ll share what times work for you, and together, we’ll land on a time that works for the group.

Safe space: Support that meets you where you are. You choose what to share — or not — at your own pace.

Katerina is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and the founder of ThriveBridge. A chronic illness patient turned coach, she blends lived experience with a trauma-informed, root-cause approach to help people who feel stuck uncover the deeper patterns holding healing back. In partnership with Buffer Trenouth Physical Therapy & Wellness, she’s here to guide you toward steadier progress, more trust in your body, and a way forward that actually fits your life.
