Gentle Healing for Hypermobility & Chronic Pain

When progress stalls, there’s still a way forward.

If you’ve been putting in the work but still feel stuck, you’re not alone — and you’re not out of options.

“I’m doing everything right — so why is pain and tension my “normal?"

If you’re living with hypermobility, chronic pain, or ongoing body tension, you know how unpredictable each day can feel. You plan your day — but your body has other ideas. The tightness doesn’t ease. The flares come anyway. And you’re frustrated, exhausted, maybe even losing hope.

This group isn’t here to “fix” you. It’s here to help you get curious about what your body might be holding — and respond with compassion, not pressure.

Together, over 4 weeks, we’ll slow down, explore what’s underneath the tension, and practice small, intentional adjustments that support more clarity, trust, and ease in your body again.

By the end of our 4 weeks, you’ll walk away with:

A clearer understanding of your body’s signals (including nervous system patterns)

Supportive practices tailored to your specific challenges — like hypermobility or pain flares

Confidence to move forward feeling less alone — and more in charge of your healing

This is for you if:

You live with hypermobility, chronic pain, or persistent tension

You feel like your body often controls your plans

You wake up bracing for pain before your feet hit the floor

You’ve tried PT, pacing, rest — and still wonder why it’s not getting better

You’re not expecting a miracle—you just want to feel a little more steady and free in your body again.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a specific diagnosis to join?

Nope. This group is about your lived experience, not your medical chart. Whether you have a diagnosis, several, or none at all, if the description resonates with you — you belong here.

What if my symptoms get worse or change during the group?

You are welcome, no matter what you’re feeling, and are encouraged to bring whatever’s happening in your body into the conversation each week. The goal is to adapt together so you feel supported no matter what’s showing up.

Will this replace my current treatment plan?

No — it’s designed to work alongside what you’re already doing, helping you add new tools for awareness, compassion, and self-support.

I’ve already tried PT, pacing, and rest. How will this be different?

You’ve already put in a lot of effort — that matters. Here, we’ll go deeper than “more homework” by looking at the patterns under the tension: how your body reacts to stress, the habits that keep you bracing, and the small shifts that make life feel lighter. Instead of chasing a perfect plan, you’ll learn to tune in, adjust in real time, and build strategies that actually last.

What if I can’t make every session?

Life happens. If you miss one, you’ll get the recording plus the option to check in with me for a bit of personalized support.
