When rest doesn’t restore you, there’s still another way.

If slowing down hasn’t brought the relief you need, you’re not broken — and you’re not out of options.

“I’m resting…so why do I still feel like I’m running on empty?”

You’ve tried everything to rest — but it’s like your body doesn’t get the memo.

  • You lie down, but your shoulders stay tense.

  • You cancel plans, but still feel depleted.

  • You sleep all night, but wake up exhausted.

What You’ll Discover and Practice

Over 4 weeks together, you’ll:

Discover what rest can mean beyond stillness — and what your nervous system might still be holding onto

Practice gentle, realistic shifts that help your body truly exhale and restore

Build a renewed sense of trust in your capacity to recover — without pushing or forcing it

This is for you if:

You keep slowing down, but never feel truly restored

You’re tired of having to choose between showing up or crashing afterward

You’ve “done everything right” and still can’t find real rest

You’re not chasing more sleep — you’re chasing the feeling of ease in your body

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to have sleep problems to join?

Not at all. This group is for anyone who rests — but still feels depleted. If you’ve ever woken up tired or taken a break that didn’t help, you’re in the right place.

Is this a sleep training or meditation program?

Nope. This group isn’t about techniques — it’s about uncovering why rest hasn’t been working for you, and having the guidance and support to make gentle, lasting shifts toward what actually helps your body let go.

What if I can’t commit to every session?

That’s okay. If you miss a week, you’ll receive the recording to view on your own time, and you’ll have a simple way to share a quick check-in between sessions — so you won’t lose your place.

Will I have to share personal details?

Yes — but only at a level that feels safe and useful for you. Some sharing is part of what makes this group powerful. You set the goals and lead the way; my role (and the group’s) is to support you as you move toward them. You’ll always decide how much detail to share, and it will always be in service of what you want to get out of this experience.

Will this replace my current medical care?

No. This group is designed to complement your care by focusing on daily habits, mindset, and gentle adjustments you can make between appointments.
