This is more than just a workout—it's a continuation of AAHC’s mission to empower dancers with the tools they need to move well and thrive. And for Melissa, this masterclass is especially meaningful. Nghi is one of her longtime mentors from the AAHC mentorship program—making this offering a true full-circle moment.
Dr. Nghi Cao Tran (she/her) is a physical therapist and movement specialist with a strong foundation in outpatient orthopedics and a deep passion for supporting dancers' health and performance. A graduate of Simmons University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (’23) and a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science (’21), Nghi combines clinical expertise with a holistic, strength-informed approach to help dancers move smarter and train with intention.
As a recreational dancer herself, she’s committed to improving accessibility to physical therapy and strength programming—especially for performance artists from diverse backgrounds. That mission led her to create Aurora Physical Therapy, a new virtual PT platform built to meet dancers where they are. Learn more at @auroraphysicaltherapy.
