Dr. Stephanie Heroux, PT, DPT

Stephanie is a physical therapist and movement specialist who helps artists, dancers, and athletes connect strength with artistry. Her approach blends biomechanics, creativity, and care — empowering movers to perform with freedom and longevity.

Mitzi Eppley, PTA

Mitzi is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, professional dancer, and trusted movement guide. Known for her calm, attuned presence, she brings clarity and creativity to every session — helping movers translate clinical insight into embodied awareness.
