Mitzi is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, professional dancer, and trusted movement guide for artists, dancers, and everyday athletes. With a warm, attuned presence and years of experience in injury prevention and recovery, she brings clarity, calm, and creativity to every session—group or solo.

In this workshop, Mitzi will share recovery techniques designed to help you move with more ease, support your barre practice, and feel your best long after class ends.
