Rolling with Yoga Tune-Up balls relieves soft tissue pain, improves performance and mobility, and enhances breath with sequential releases.
In this three-hour workshop, we will cover the whole body, learning varied rolling techniques. Expect a grounded, exploratory experience with space to ask questions and modify for your body.

Nancy is a certified 500-RYT yoga teacher, Yoga Tune-Up and Roll Model Instructor, and longtime collaborator with many of Boston’s arts community. She teaches weekly yoga in Somerville and is known for her trauma-informed, accessible approach to movement and recovery.
This in-person workshop is capped at 20 participants.
