Foot and Ankle Masterclass with Dr. Stephanie

Your Feet Work Hard — Let’s Take Care of Them

Join Dr. Stephanie for an in-person Foot & Ankle Masterclass designed for artistic athletes, dancers, and movement professionals.

As artists, we rely on our feet as our foundation — but rarely give them the care or conditioning they truly need. Whether you’re navigating pointe shoes, soft shoes, or bare feet, your ankles and feet take on incredible stress across every performance and rehearsal.

Join physical therapist, educator, and former touring performer Dr. Stephanie for this in-person masterclass focused on supporting, strengthening, and understanding the foot & ankle complex — specifically through the lens of the artistic athlete. This 90-minute session will include hands-on techniques, strength & conditioning tools, injury prevention strategies, and space to ask your foot and ankle questions.

Saturday, July 19th at 11:30am - 1:00pm ET at Human Movement Lab
