In this welcoming, 60-minute class (max 4 participants), we’ll focus on intentional movement and exercise to support your body—without the pressure of 1:1 sessions or the chaos of a crowded fitness classes.

With a warm, attuned presence and years of experience in injury prevention and recovery, Mitzi brings clarity, calm, and creativity to every session—group or solo.
