That’s why we’re teaming up with BTPT to bring you The Resilience and Recovery Class: a small-group mobility and conditioning session made for dancers, artists, and active humans.

In this welcoming, 60-minute class (max 4 participants), we’ll focus on intentional movement and exercise to support your body—without the pressure of 1:1 sessions or the chaos of a crowded fitness classes.

Whether you’re managing a flare-up, building after injury, or simply moving smarter and safer, you’ll find structure, insight, and community here.

Mitzi is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant at BT Physical Therapy & Wellness, a professional dancer, and a trusted movement guide for artists, dancers, and everyday athletes. With a warm, attuned presence and years of experience in injury prevention and recovery, Mitzi brings clarity, calm, and creativity to every session—group or solo.
